If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
1.2 IT security
When you visit our website, the hosting provider stores log files containing, among other things, your IP address, date, time and information about the browser used. This data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and serves to protect our website against attacks.
2. Cookies and tracking
This website itself does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services.
3. Embedded content (YouTube, Facebook)
Our website embeds videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and content from Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). This content remains inactive until you activate it by clicking (two-click solution).
- Data transfer: Only when you activate embedded content is a direct connection established between your browser and the provider's servers, through which data (e.g. IP address) may be transferred. YouTube videos are loaded in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
- Linking: If you are logged into your Google or Facebook account while visiting our website, the data collected by the provider may be linked to your profile.

- IT security measures: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in securing our IT systems.
- Embedded content: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by actively clicking).
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- information about the data we store about you,
- rectification of incorrect data,
- erasure of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations apply,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- withdrawal of consent you have given, and
- objection to the processing of your data.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
